Acceptable Use Policy.

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") is part of our policies ("Legal Terms") and should therefore be read alongside our other Legal Terms: Store Policy. If you do not agree with these Legal Terms, please refrain from using our Services. Your continued use of our Services implies acceptance of these Legal Terms.

Please carefully review this Policy, which applies to any and all:

(a) uses of our Services (as defined in "Legal Terms") (b) forms, materials, consent tools, comments, post, and all other content available on the Services ("Content") and (c) material which you contribute to the Services including any upload, post, review, disclosure, ratings, comments, chat etc. in any forum, chatrooms, reviews, and to any interactive services associated with it ("Contribution").

We are Project Annustaria LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") a company registered in the year 2024 in Utah, United States. We operate the website http://projectannustaria.com (the "Site"), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to this Policy (collectively, the "Services").

Introduction:

In order to foster more creativity within our fanbase and community, we have decided to put some of our works under a CC BY-SA license. It one of the licenses that is offered by Creative Commons. For a better understanding of Creative Commons licenses, refer to the video in Figure 1.

Because some of our works are under a CC BY-SA license, the following conditions must be met in order to use a work by using the license:
  1. There must be credit given to the original creators. In the case of using our works, citing either the business (Project Annustaria LLC), and/or the author if applicable.
  2. Any derivatives of our works must be placed under the same or applicable license.

Here are two examples of how to properly credit us:
  1. "Ludicrous Ludo" by Project Annustaria LLC is used under a CC BY-SA license.
  2. "Ludicrous Ludo" by Ethan Brady is used under a CC BY-SA license.

However, please note that there are limitations to how content under these licenses could be used. These legal terms hope to outline what use of our works is acceptable and unacceptable.

Works Not Under a Creative Commons License:

Not all works published by Project Annustaria LLC, or its authors, are under a Creative Commons License. Most content on this website, unless said otherwise, is an example of our work that is not under a Creative Commons License. Please make sure to check if something we created is under a license.

Other Limitations:

Please note that Creative Commons licenses mostly only concern copyright law and rights. Creative Commons licenses do not cover other laws and rights (i.e., the right to privacy), and thus still need to be followed. Do not use our works or other services in a manner that breaches applicable laws, regulations, court orders, contractual obligations, or legal duties. Also, do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

​Project Annustaria retains its trademark rights over its trademarks. Project Annustaria™ and the logo shown in Figure 2 are both trademarks of Project Annustaria LLC.

​A Creative Commons license does not allow individuals to claim that the original creator or author supports or endorses the derivative work or the derivative work's creator. By agreeing to our acceptable use policy, you are not permitted to claim to be officially partnered with Project Annustaria LLC or its authors without the written permission from us or any relevant authors, or unless the law or court orders in a relevant jurisdiction require otherwise. You are also not permitted to claim to have Project Annustaria LLC, or its authors, collaborate on derivative works without written permission from us or any relevant authors, or unless the law or court orders in a relevant jurisdiction require otherwise.

Consequences of breaching this policy:

The consequences of breaching this policy will depend on the severity of the breach. We may, in some cases, ask you to take down the breaching content. We may also notify law enforcement or issue legal proceedings against you when we believe that there is a genuine risk to an individual or a threat to public safety.

We exclude our liability for all action we may take in response to any of your breaches of this Policy.
